Beautifully restored historic building. Great private cafe/bar overlooking river. Terrific location for exploring. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Charming and stylish interior decor. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Close to old town and restaurants. Quirky and artsy atmosphere.

    Nothing negative to say.

We got great value for our money at this beautifully artistic hostel in Amarante. The room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the river, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a wider variety of breakfast offerings.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was unbeatable, with stunning views of the river and just a short walk to the center. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, with earthy tones and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the hostel had a great bar and a huge kitchen for all guests to use.

The lack of soundproofing in the building, which made it a bit noisy at times.

The historic property had a modern revamp, making it a gorgeous place to stay. The communal kitchen was a standout feature, making us want to cook and stay in rather than go out for dinner. The private room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the river, adding to the romantic atmosphere. the location was very convenient, with attractions and amenities nearby.

The parking situation was a bit difficult, requiring some maneuvering, but the staff managed it well. Another minor drawback was that the breakfast option was not available, although there were plenty of places to eat in the town.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with beautiful decor. The bed and pillows were new and provided a great night's sleep. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering a safe place for our bicycles and providing excellent recommendations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. a fantastic experience.

The parking situation was a bit complicated, with limited options near the hotel. It would have been helpful to have this information communicated in advance.

We recently had a romantic escape in this lovely little town. The hostel we stayed at was simply charming, with a beautiful vintage touch that added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. And let's not forget about the bar with its stunning view of the city and river. Enjoying a glass of wine and a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking scenery was an absolute delight.

While our stay at the hostel was wonderful, there were a couple of drawbacks. the parking situation was a bit tricky as the narrow laneway made it difficult to maneuver.
